Michael Chae is currently the Chief Country Officer of Intesa San Paolo (Korea). He has over 30 years of banking experience working in some of the most significant mainstream US and European financial institutions in the world. His career spans six countries in all the major financial market hubs (NY, HK, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul) on three continents (US, Europe, and Asia). Over the years, he has long served as the Global Markets Head spearheading all of the front-line corporate and investment banking (“CIB”) business for the various firms. He has extensive international experience and deep knowledge in many facets of the global banking and investment universe. He is a graduate of Cornell University in the U.S.
